As part of a series of intensive meetings to follow up on preparations for the second semester examinations of the academic year2025/2026, Prof. Yasser Al-Garf, Dean of Faculty of Business, held a meeting this morning with the heads of control rooms across various academic levels and programs to review the latest preparations and ensure the readiness of the control rooms for the commencement of examination activities.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Tariq Radwan, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Dina Abdel Hady, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research; Prof. Ibrahim Obaid, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; and Dr. Mahmoud Adham, Secretary General of the Faculty.
During the meeting, Prof. Yasser Al-Garf emphasized the importance of adhering to the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality in examination control procedures. He directed the careful review of answer sheets to ensure that every student receives their full rights and stressed the immediate commencement of grading and result recording following the completion of each exam, in preparation for announcing results as quickly as possible.
He also highlighted the importance of providing all necessary logistical and technical support within the control units to ensure smooth and efficient workflow, while strictly following all rules and regulations governing examinations and control procedures issued by the Supreme Council of Universities and Tanta University.
In addition, Faculty Dean affirmed that the integrity of the examination control system is the cornerstone of the success of the educational process, praising the extensive experience of the heads of the control rooms and their ability to manage this system with full efficiency and integrity. He concluded by wishing everyone success in carrying out this important national and academic responsibility.
