Administrating the library, employees and supervision on regularity
of work at the library sections.
2.
Implementing bylaws and instructions of the library which are applied by
the library committee or the concerned authorities and committees.
3.
Suggesting, applying and implementing systems to ensure the performance of
work and services.
4.
Working on facilitating the library's technical capabilities and services
and providing the requirements of library visitors.
5.
Attending the committees ' meetings of the library, implementing the
decrees and following them up.
6.
The library manager is responsible for the custody in cooperation with the
employees

Submitting an annual report about the library, the extent of its progress
and the obstacles that prevent its progress.

Following-up work at the digital library

Working on developing the library and paying attention to new ideas
suggested by the librarian or the visitors.

developing the skills of the employees by involving them in different courses
inside or outside the library.
