Prof. Yasser Al-Garf, Dean of Faculty of Business, held an extensive meeting with the assistant staff members (demonstrators and assistant lecturers) as part of the comprehensive plan to organize the second semester examinations for the academic year 2025/2026. The meeting aimed to discuss work mechanisms and distribute examination-related responsibilities to ensure the exams are conducted in the best possible manner.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Tariq Radwan, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Dina Abdel Hady, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research; Prof. Ibrahim Obaid, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; a number of heads of control units; Dr. Mahmoud Adham, Secretary General of the Faculty; Ms. Elham Al-Kheshin, Head of the Student Affairs Department; and B.G./ Hisham Nabawy, Director of Faculty Security.
The meeting included a detailed discussion of examination regulations and procedures. Prof. Yasser Al-Garf focused on the preparation of examination halls and control units, as well as reviewing all logistical arrangements to ensure accuracy and efficiency in workflow within the control units.
He also emphasized the important role of the assistant staff in maintaining order within examination halls, supporting students, and strictly adhering to examination regulations. He further stressed the importance of coordination and integration between the assistant staff and the administration to ensure flexibility in handling any unexpected challenges and to provide an ideal environment for students.
In addition, he highlighted the necessity of accuracy in all grading and organizational procedures to guarantee students’ rights and ensure the timely announcement of examination results.
Further, Prof. Yasser Al-Garf praised the sincere efforts exerted by the assistant staff, describing them as the backbone of the organizational process, and expressed his full confidence in their ability to accomplish the task with efficiency and professionalism.
