The monthly meeting of Faculty Council of Faculty of Business at Tanta University for May 2026 was held today in its ninth session of the academic year 2025/2026. The meeting commenced at 12:00 p.m. and was chaired by Prof. Yasser Al-Garf, Dean of the Faculty, in the presence of Vice Deans and members of the Faculty Council. The session took place in the Dean’s Office.
   During the meeting, the Council reviewed and discussed a range of agenda items related to the academic, administrative, and developmental activities. Discussions covered the recommendations and reports submitted by several specialized committees, including Education and Student Affairs Committee; Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research Committee; Community Service and Environmental Development Committee; the Cultural Relations Committee; the Library Committee; and the Occupational Safety, Health, Workplace Security, and Fire Safety Committee; as well as matters concerning academic staff and assistant staff. 
   The meeting forms part of the regular governance and decision-making processes aimed at supporting academic excellence, enhancing institutional performance, and advancing the educational, research, and community service objectives.
