Faculty of Business at Tanta University, in cooperation with the General Authority for Literacy and Adult Education, organized the third informative symposium on literacy as a prerequisite for graduation. It was held in auditorium (1) at 11:00 a.m. under patronage of Prof. Mohammed Hussain, Tanta University President; Prof. Mahmoud Salim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Yasser Al-Garf, Faculty Dean; and Prof. Hanea Mahariq, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; in attendance of Dr. Mohammed Nasser, Coordinator of Literacy at the Faculty. It was lectured by Mr. Mohammed Abul Nabayel, Manager of the General Authority for Literacy and Adult Education in Gharbia; Mr. Mustafa Al-Daww, Manager of the Protocols Department at the Authority; and Mrs. Nahed Al-Meleegy, General Coordinator at the Authority.
The symposium addressed all aspects of the Literacy and Adult Education Project, highlighting its status as an official graduation requirement for all faculty students. It also reviewed the facilities provided by the authority for our students, including the availability of rooms for on-the-spot exams at the faculty on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays every week.
