Prof. Yasser Al-Garf, Dean of Faculty of Business, held a meeting today with the exam supervisors and invigilators for the second-term exams of the academic year 2024/2025. The meeting took place in Lecture Hall (1) and aimed to reinforce the university council’s exam regulations and guidelines.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Hany Mahariq, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Tariq Abdul Hamid, Acting Coordinator of the English division (BES); Prof. Bassam Barouma, Coordinator of the Business Information Systems division (BIS); Prof. Mohammed Ramadan, Coordinator of Accounting and Finance Program (AFP); Dr. Mahmoud Adham, Secretary-General of the Faculty; Brigadier/ Hisham Nabawy, Manager of Faculty Security; and Mr. Ahmed Gamil, Director of the Secretary-General’s Office.
During the meeting, Prof. Yasser Al-Garf emphasized the importance of strict adherence to the exam regulations and protocols by all monitors and invigilators. He stressed the necessity to create a quiet and supportive environment for students to take their exams efficiently and effectively.
Faculty Dean also highlighted the importance of positive interaction with students and providing them with the necessary support, while maintaining discipline and preventing any attempts at cheating or disrupting the exam process.
In addition, Prof. Al-Garf affirmed the strong commitment of the faculty to ensuring fairness and transparency in the exam process. He called on all supervisors and invigilators to remain vigilant, attentive, and cooperative with each other and with the heads of the control rooms to guarantee the smooth and successful process of the exams.
He concluded by expressing his gratitude and appreciation for the dedication and efforts of the exam staff, wishing them and all students success and excellence in the upcoming exams.
