Community Service and Environmental Development Department at Faculty of Business announces re-organizing the distinguished training symposium, “How to Become a Banker in the Era of Digital Transformation & Investment Funds in the Banking Sector”, in cooperation with the Central Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr.
The symposium will be held on Monday, May 11th, 2026, at 12:00 PM in the Conference Hall within the framework of activating strategic partnerships with the banking sector and in response to the wishes of our students. The event is held under patronage of Prof. Mohammed Hussain, President of Tanta University; Prof. Al-Sayyed El-Agouz, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Mahmoud Salim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Yasser Al-Garf, Dean of the Faculty; and Prof. Ibrahim Obaid, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; under the supervision of Dr. Rehab Hashem, Director of the Alumni Follow-up Unit. The symposium is presented by Ms. Mai Awad, Activities and Events Officer at the Financial Inclusion Sector of Banque Misr.
The symposium is considered a valuable opportunity to enhance the professional skills and keep pace with the banking labor market by understanding the technological and professional skills required in the era of digital transformation, learning about the mechanisms of investment funds and asset management in banks, and communicating directly with experts from the Central Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr.
