The Executive Authority of Accounting and Financial Technology Program Holds its Meeting Chaired by Faculty Dean to Get Ready to its 1st Semester


   Prof. Yasser Al-Garf, Dean of Faculty of Business, chaired the meeting of the Executive Authority of Accounting and Financial Technology Program (AFT) today. It is considered the first of its kind in the Egyptian universities. The meeting was attended by Prof. Tariq Radwan, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Dina Abdel Hady, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research; and Prof. Hanea Mahariq, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; in addition to heads of the specialized departments; Prof. Hatem Al-Shesheny, Head of Accounting Department; Prof. Mohammed Shahin, Head of Business Administration Department; and Prof. Nasr Rashwan, Head of Statistics, Mathematics and Insurance Department.
   The attendees, including Dr. Mohamed Al-Danaf, Academic Coordinator of the Program, and Dr. Elham Al-Kheshen, Head of Student Affairs Department, discussed the preparations plan for the start of the first academic year of the program. They tackled the techniques of providing an outstanding educational environment that supports students academically and practically, to ensure graduating qualified cadres capable of keeping pace with developments in the labor market.
   For his part, Prof. Yasser Al-Garf expressed pride in launching this pioneering program, which combines the fundamentals of traditional accounting with the latest financial technology tools, adding that the main goal of the program is not only to deliver knowledge, but also to prepare a generation of graduates with the skills needed for innovation and leadership in the financial sector. He stressed that this program reflects the faculty’s commitment to meeting the evolving needs of the labor market, affirming that the faculty administration will work diligently to ensure a stimulating learning environment for students.
