Faculty of Business at Tanta University has congratulated Dr. Noha Ahmed Mohammed Ismail and Ms. Asmaa Mohey Bassiouny Al-Sokkary after they received the Best Scientific Thesis Awards in the Humanities for the academic year 2025/2026.
On behalf of the faculty, Prof. Yasser El-Garf, Faculty Dean, together with the vice deans, heads of the scientific departments, academic staff, assistant staff, and administrative staff, extended their congratulations to the two researchers on their outstanding academic achievement.
Dr. Noha Ahmed Mohammed Ismail, a researcher in Business Administration Department, received the Best Doctoral Thesis Award for her dissertation titled, “The Impact of Green Credit on Corporate Financial Performance: An Empirical Study of Companies Listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange”.
Meanwhile, Ms. Asmaa Mohey Bassiouny Al-Sokkary, Assistant Lecturer at Faculty of Business, was awarded the Best Master's Thesis Award in Accounting for her thesis, “The Relationship Between Integrated Reporting Disclosure and Sustainable Performance: An Empirical Study”.
Prof. Yasser Al-Garf expressed his pride in the achievement, describing the awards as a reflection of the commitment of the faculty to rigorous academic research. He noted that the winning studies demonstrate the ability of the researchers to address contemporary issues of global economic importance, including green credit and integrated reporting.
In the same context, Prof. Dina Abdel Hady, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, declared that the awards represent the culmination of the researchers' dedication and hard work. She emphasized that the faculty takes pride in its promising research talent and remains committed to supporting graduate researchers by providing an environment that encourages high-quality, applied research aligned with international developments. She also wished both award recipients continued success in their academic and professional careers.
