Faculty of Business at Tanta University, in collaboration with Banque Misr, has announced the opening of registration for its largest-ever Financial Inclusion Training Program, aimed at enhancing financial literacy and preparing a new generation of future economic leaders.
The program is open to all faculty students, regardless of academic level, as well as graduates and students of Tanta University National University, providing participants with an opportunity to bridge the gap between academic study and the practical realities of the banking sector.
The initiative is held under patronage of Prof. Mohammed Hussain, President of Tanta University; Prof. Al-Sayyed Al-Agouz, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Mahmoud Salim, Acting Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Yasser Al-Garf, Dean of the Faculty of Business; and Prof. Ibrahim Obeid, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development. The program is supervised by Dr. Rehab Hashim, Director of the Alumni Follow-up Unit.
To maximize participation, the program has been designed to accommodate 1,000 participants, who will be divided into groups of 125 students to ensure a highly interactive learning experience.
Training will begin in the Conference Hall with participant registration, followed by the online opening of a Youth Bank Account, enabling eligible students to apply for the field-based financial education initiative, “From Youth to Youth”. Participants will then attend a series of intensive lectures covering key aspects of the banking system in Egypt.
Outstanding participants will have the opportunity to be nominated for the “From Youth to Youth” Field Financial Education Program, which will take place at Banque Misr branches from August 1st to 15th 2026, providing practical, hands-on experience in the banking sector.
