Master's Thesis Defense in Business Administration by Researcher: Aya Walid El-Sayed Afifi

Faculty of Commerce Tanta University witnessed today the defense of the Master's thesis in Business Administration by researcher Aya Walid El-Sayed Afifi.

Thesis Title:

"Characteristics of E-commerce Stores in the Purchase Stages and Their Impact on Customer Loyalty: An Analysis of the Mediating Role of Customer Satisfaction – An Applied Study on E-commerce Customers in Egypt."

The thesis focused on examining the characteristics of e-commerce stores during various stages of the purchase process and their impact on customer loyalty, with an analysis of the mediating role of customer satisfaction. The study was applied to e-commerce customers in Egypt.

The committee commended the quality of the research and officially awarded the researcher the Master's degree, wishing her continued success in her academic and professional endeavors.
