The Training Unit, in cooperation with Quality Assurance Unit, organized a workshop titled, “Business Future Foresight, Concept and Techniques” for academic staff, assistant staff, and faculty personnel. The workshop was held under patronage of Prof. Mohammed Hussain, Tanta University President; and Prof. Mahmoud Salim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; in attendance of Prof. Yasser Al-Garf, Faculty Dean; and Prof. Hanea’ Mahariq, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; under supervision of Dr. Maysa Ali, Manager of Quality Assurance Unit and the Training Unit at the Faculty. It was lecture by Dr. Amr Abdel Naby, Manager of Crisis and Disaster Management Unit at the Faculty.
   The workshop tackled the concept of future foresight, its techniques, and its impact on business, in addition to its goals and examples from different countries which adopted it including Egypt.
