Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty of Business, in cooperation with the Arab Engineering and Systems Company (AEC), held today the certification exam for the internal auditors’ team for ISO standards. The event was held under patronage of Prof. Mohammed Hussain, President of Tanta University, and Prof. Yasser Al-Garf, Dean of the Faculty, under supervision of Dr. Maysa Ali, Manager of Quality Assurance Unit, and in attendance of Dr. Mohammed Moussa, Deputy Director of the Unit.
   The exam commenced at 10:00 a.m. in the conference hall and included training the team on the requirements of the following standards:
•    ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management
•    ISO 21001:2018 – Quality Management for Educational Organizations
   This exam marks the culmination of the training efforts to prepare administrative and academic staff capable of implementing the ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management and ISO 21001:2018 for Quality Management in Educational Organizations) and internal audit mechanisms. This ensures the continuous quality of administrative and academic processes within the faculty in accordance with established standards.
