Prof. Yasser Al-Garf, Dean of Faculty of Business, stressed the importance of full compliance by undergraduate and postgraduate students with the examination regulations for the January 2025/2026 examination round. The instructions are as follows:
• Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones, smartwatches, or wireless earphones into the exam rooms. Mobile phones must not be visible; if any phone or electronic device is found in a student’s possession, even if switched off, the student will be referred for investigation and an official cheating report will be filed, as this is considered an attempt to cheat.
• Students are not permitted to enter the exam room after 15 minutes from the start of the exam, except with a valid excuse.
• All books, notes, or papers related to the subject must be left outside the examination hall, away from the student’s seat.
• Students must bring all required stationery. Exchanging tools or materials inside the examination hall is prohibited and will be considered an attempt to cheat.
• Students must ensure they carry their official ID card inside the exam room.
• Talking is strictly prohibited inside examination halls.
• No page may be torn from the examination booklet.
• Students are not allowed to leave the exam room during the first half of the exam time.
• At the end of the exam, students must remain seated until the invigilator announces the end of time and answer booklets are collected.
• Students are not allowed to change or leave their assigned seats without the permission of the invigilator, in order to maintain proper order.
The faculty administration emphasizes that these instructions are in place to ensure fairness, discipline, and the smooth conduct of examinations.
