Prof. Yasser Al-Garf, Dean of Faculty of Business at Tanta University, held a meeting in his office with the heads of the control rooms to follow up on preparations for the first-term exams of the academic year 2025/2026.
   The meeting was attended by Prof. Tariq Radwan, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Mahmoud Adham, Secretary General of the Faculty; Brig. Gen. Hesham Nabawy, Director of Security; Mr. Ahmed Gamal, Director of the Secretary General’s Office; and Ms. Elham Al-Kheshin, Head of the Student Affairs Department.
   The discussion focused on the final preparations and full coordination to ensure that exams are conducted with the highest level of organization. Faculty Dean reviewed with the heads of the control rooms all procedures and regulations related to preparing exam papers, organizing the grading process, recording grades, and announcing results on the determined time.
   In addition, Faculty Dean emphasized the importance of continuous coordination between the various examination departments and the faculty administration to ensure the smooth and transparent conduct of exams. He also listened to the opinions and suggestions of the heads of the control rooms to improve workflow and performance.
   This meeting reflects the faculty administration’s commitment to providing a calm and suitable exam environment for all students.
