Faculty Dean Honors Ideal Mothers at the Faculty Level for the Academic Year 2025/2026


   Prof. Yasser Al-Garf, Dean of the Faculty of Business at Tanta University, honored today the ideal mothers at the faculty level for the academic year 2025/2026. This recognition is appreciation of their honorable journey of struggle in raising their children and their dedication to their professional duties. It is a gesture of gratitude that reflects the appreciation of the faculty for the role of working women and their human and professional contributions. The event was attended by Prof. Ibrahim Obaid, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Dr. Naglaa Fikry, General Director of the Youth Welfare Department at the faculty.
   The ceremony included announcing the winners, an outstanding group of women who serve as role models in patience and perseverance:
•    Mrs. Mona Ramadan Ibrahim (Youth Welfare Department) 
•    Mrs. Fayrouz Abdul-Hamid Qamar Al-Dawla (Financial Affairs Department) 
•    Mrs. Samah Abul Yazid Al-Sensar (Support Services Sector) 
   In his speech, Prof. Yasser Al-Garf emphasized that this recognition is the least that can be offered to the faculty mothers, who set an exemplary model in balancing their noble family responsibilities with professional commitment. He noted that the Faculty of Business takes pride in having such role models among its administrative staff, affirming that the institution’s success is strengthened by the contributions of these distinguished women.
   For his part, Prof. Ibrahim Obaid explained that the selection of ideal mothers was based on precise criteria that take into account their stories of perseverance and excellence at work. He added that today’s ceremony is a celebration of the values of sincerity and loyalty embodied by the Egyptian mother.
