Prof. Yasser Al-Garf, Dean of Faculty of Business at Tanta University, welcomed a high-level delegation from the Central Agency for Organization and Administration (Central Administration for Training Policies and Plans, affiliated with the Egyptian Cabinet) during a field visit to the Public Service Center of the faculty.
The visit is a part of the continuous efforts of the faculty to enhance institutional performance and develop its training services system. It represents a significant step towards obtaining quality accreditation and ensuring that the training programs and services offered by the center comply with nationally approved standards.
The visit was attended by Prof. Ibrahim Obaid, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; and Dr. Ahmed Al-Gayyar, Acting Director of the Public Service Center.
The delegation conducted a comprehensive review of the center’s operations, focusing on the following points:
• Evaluating training plans and policies implemented by the center.
• Verifying the availability of quality standards in the facilities and the provided training services.
• Assessing the readiness to obtain official accreditation as a distinguished training institution.
During the meeting, Prof. Yasser Al-Garf emphasized that the faculty places the quality of training services among its highest priorities. He noted that cooperation with the Central Agency for Organization and Administration represents a valuable addition to the Public Service Center and will contribute to strengthening its capabilities, enabling it to become a leading regional training center in line with Egypt’s vision for human capital development.
For their part, members of the delegation commended the efforts undertaken by the faculty administration and the Public Service Center to improve infrastructure and develop training programs. They stressed the importance of maintaining this developmental and competitive approach to ensure the delivery of high-quality training services for students, graduates, and community institutions.
