Human Resources Operations Administration at Faculty of Business concluded today the integrated training series entitled “The Successful Administrator: From Routine to Excellence in the University Workplace”. The program was organized as part of the strategic efforts of the faculty to enhance the efficiency of its administrative workforce and strengthen employees' professional competencies.
The training series was held under patronage of Prof. Mohammed Hussain, President of Tanta University, and the supervision of Prof. Yasser Al-Garf, Dean of Faculty of Business. It aimed to empower administrative staff by equipping them with the knowledge and practical tools needed to improve job performance and deliver high-quality services in accordance with the highest standards of efficiency.
The program featured a distinguished group of academics and specialists who shared their expertise through five key training modules:
• Phase One was delivered by Dr. Zainab Abul Ela, Senior Specialist and Ph.D. in Philosophy of Education (Educational Psychology). The sessions covered Breaking Workplace Routine, Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace, and Effective Communication Skills. They were held on May 12th and 13th, 2026 in Dr. Nevine Ezzat Hall.
• Phase Two took place on July 14th in the Conference Hall, where Dr. Magdy Abdul Ghany, Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration, presented the fourth module, Continuous Self-Development, under the supervision of Prof. Maysa Ali, Assistant Professor in Accounting Department.
• Phase Three, held on July 19th, 2026 in Dr. Mohammed Yassin Hall, concluded the series with the fifth and final module, Time Management, presented by Dr. Rehab Hashem, Lecturer in Accounting Department.
Throughout the series, participants explored practical approaches to advancing administrative performance and achieving professional excellence. Dr. Zeinab Abul Ela opened the program by presenting practical strategies for overcoming workplace routine, applying emotional intelligence to manage emotions and understand different personality types, and strengthening constructive communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
The program then continued with Dr. Magdy Abdul Ghany, who highlighted the importance of continuous self-development and adopting a growth mindset to keep pace with the evolving professional environment.
The series concluded with Dr. Rehab Hashem's session on “Time Management”, which focused on effective planning techniques, prioritization strategies, and productivity enhancement. The comprehensive program provided participants with an integrated learning experience that combined psychological insights with practical professional skills, enabling them to improve their performance and enhance the quality and efficiency of administrative services provided within the faculty.
