Faculty of Business organized a major educational symposium today entitled “Financial Awareness of Available Banking Services and the NilePreneurs Initiative” as part of the commitment of the faculty to enhancing financial literacy among its students and graduates and strengthening cooperation with Egypt’s banking sector.
   The symposium was held under patronage of Prof. Mohammed Hussain, President of Tanta University, and under supervision of Prof. Yasser Al-Garf, Faculty Dean; in attendance of Prof. Mohammed Sorour, Academic Coordinator of the BES Program; Prof. Aya Abu Gabal, Academic Coordinator of the BIS Program; Prof. Mohammed Al-Denef, Academic Coordinator of the AFT Program; Dr. Ekramy Essmat, Academic Coordinator of the AFP Program; and Dr. Rehab Hashim, Manager of the Alumni Follow-up Unit.
  It was delivered by Mr. Omar Al-Gohary, Business Development Specialist at Attijariwafa bank Egypt, who discussed several key topics aimed at promoting comprehensive financial literacy among students and graduates.
   The main topics included:
•    NilePreneurs Initiative: Its role, under the sponsorship of the Central Bank of Egypt, in supporting entrepreneurship and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
•    Financial Inclusion and Banking Awareness: The importance of saving and ways to invest money safely and effectively.
•    Modern Banking Services: The latest banking products and digital banking solutions available in the banking market.
