Prof. Yasser Al-Garf, Dean of Faculty of Business at Tanta University, attended today the closing ceremony of the final round of the “Geniuses of Faculty of Business 5” competition, organized by the Faculty Library for the fifth consecutive year.
The competition aims to develop students’ academic skills and enhance their general knowledge. Following a series of competitive rounds, “Qarar” team secured first place.
The closing event was attended by Prof. Dina Abdel-Hady, Vice Dean for Post graduate Studies and Scientific Research; Prof. Ibrahim Obaid, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Mahmoud Adham, Secretary-General of the Faculty; and Mrs. Amany Al-Morsy, Director General of the Library, alongside a number of academic staff, assistant staff, administrative staff, and students.
The final competition featured questions covering business and commercial sciences as well as general knowledge. At the conclusion of the event, Prof. Dina Abdel-Hady announced the top three winning teams:

Prof. Yasser Al-Garf praised the outstanding performance and fair competition demonstrated by all participants during the final rounds, noting that their performance reflected a strong spirit of creativity and dedication.
He also extended his appreciation to the library team, headed by Mrs. Amany Al-Morsy, as well as the Information Technology Unit, for their significant efforts in organizing the competition and ensuring its professional execution. He particularly commended the teaching assistants for their continuous support of the students throughout the competition.
The competition was open to all faculty students, with applications having been accepted last June. The faculty is currently preparing a dedicated ceremony to honor the winning teams and present the announced cash prizes, in recognition of students’ excellence and creativity.
The final stage featured three rounds:
• Qarar (Decision) vs. Qadat Al-Fekr (Thought Leaders)
• Sonnaa El-Athar (Impact Makers) vs. Al-Motamayezoun (The Outstanding)
• Sokoon (Silence) vs. Al-Abakera (The Geniuses)
