Prof. Yasser Al-Garf, Dean of Faculty of Business, honored today distinguished student models in reading and library engagement for the first term of the academic year: 2025/2026.
The recognition included:
• Mohammed Mohammed Abu Bakr, a first-level student in Accounting and Finance Program (AFP), who received the title of “Outstanding Reader.”
• Ahmed Yahia Darwish, a fourth-level student (English Section), who received the title of “Outstanding Borrower.”
The ceremony was attended by Prof. Dina Abdel Hady, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, and Mrs. Amany Al-Morsy, General Director of the Library Administration.
During the event, Prof. Yasser Al-Garf emphasized that the library plays a vital role in the educational and research process. He praised students’ commitment to benefiting from the available rich knowledge resources, noting that this recognition is a part of an annual tradition aimed at reinforcing the value of reading and promoting cultural awareness among students.
For her part, Prof. Dina Abdel Hady expressed pride in having students who dedicate time to free reading and broader intellectual exploration alongside their academic studies, affirming that Faculty of Business will always remain a nurturing environment for creativity and culture.
